Hiya! We are a couple - Hugh and Eliass and have recently come into possession of a two bedroom flat. It was in bit of a bad shape so currently there are works being done both completely refurbishing the bathroom and the kitchen, changing some things up in your room like taking off old wallpaper and installing a radiator, redoing the floors in the corridor and our rooms and other things. So pictures to come when it looks more presentable. Your room will be ready for inhabitation from the beginning of September. There will be a bed, but currently no furniture. If u don't have any of your own, we can provide some though.
We are looking for a student as we qualify for exemption from Council Tax. The commute to UofG takes around 30 min with the bus 90 and the 75 regularly goes to the city center. There is also metro 8 min walk away. The closest shops are Farmfoods, Lidl, a big Tesco and a Premier right next to the flat.
About the current flat mates: I am going to be starting my third year in UofG doing a MA in Comparative Literature and Philosophy. I am from Latvia and 20 years old. I like movies, music, art, astronomy, history, video games, philosophy and literature (duh) and other stuff. Idk what to say I'm curious about many things but not fully formed as a human yet. Hugh is 24, Scottish and until recently was a Psychology student at UofG but now will be starting Engineeringn at the OU. He likes collecting facts and is a master at video games.

I know the extreme situation when it comes to finding flats having struggled with it immensely the previous years as well.
