About the flatmates:
This is an Eastern European girls household, with 3 girl professionals (you would be the 4th). We are looking for another PROFESSIONAL who has lived before in flatshares and is CLEAN. We prioritise tidiness and giving each other the space in which we can unwind after a busy day.
One of us also has a cat Mia - the sweetest cat in the world :)
About the flat:
Rent is quite cheap: £225, with bills never exceeds £400 in winter and bit less in summer. Council tax is currently around £50 per person, but it might get changed.
While there is no living room, the kitchen is large and we sometimes chat while having dinner. There is only 1 toilet, which must be cleaned after every use.
The move in date is the 10th of October. Earlier move in date might be possible, but it's nor guaranteed. Feel free to reply if you think you'd be a good fit!
