Available October 10th - Furnished double room in a 2 bed first floor tenement flat in Crosshill, just around the corner from the train station. Free on street parking is available on an unreserved basis.

£450pm excluding bills which we would split equally, these are currently per person per month:

Council tax - £95
Gas/Electric - £50 (slightly higher during winter)
Broadband - £15

Students may enquire if willing to split the council tax.

The flat has a large living room and separate dining kitchen.

I own and live in the flat, I am a 30 year old professional working in theatre. I mostly go out to work but occasionally work from home and would prefer to live with someone who also doesn’t work from home full time.

At home I am usually fairly chill and enjoy cooking, watching tv/films. I do throw the occasional party and enjoy having people over for drinks and food which you would be welcome to join 😊

I also have a small cat named Heidi.
