Just been freshly painted carpet professionally cleaned , single bed with silent night mattress. £450 month does not include food. I have a small elderly cat who sleeps most of the day and will not disturb you. Nice back garden to relax in “ weather permitting “ 🤷🏽‍♀️. On street parking. References would be great months rent up front .
