The flat is located in the G31 area, 5 minute walk from the Bellgrove train station, 2 minute walk from the nearest Lidl.

It takes 4 minutes on the train to reach Queen Street Station, so it's a great location for Strathclyde students or anyone who commutes into city center.

The flat is on the first floor with only stair access, and there are stairs inside the flat as well.

Current occupants are two male working professionals.

There is ample space in the living room and kitchen, and a big storage room in the hallway for large items. Each bedroom door has a password lock.
Internet bill is included in the rent. Council tax 57/month and electricity is usually 30-40 based on usage.
