Looking for a tenant for the spare room in my house. The house would be ideal for a hospital worker as it is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle to the QEUH. 15 minute walk to the subway and 1 minute walk to a bus stop. There's also plenty of free parking outside. The Govan/Partick bridge is opening soon too so it won't take long to get into the West end.
I have recently moved into the house and I am currently doing some work on it. I work shifts during the day as a chef and like to chill in the evenings. Looking for someone clean and tidy and easy going. Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and garden.
