Student Accommodation, Tenancy takeover

My three friends and I are looking for people to takeover our student accommodation at Collegelands, Havannah St in Glasgow City Centre . The rooms are next door to each other in the same flat. New tenant can choose to takeover any 1 to all 4 rooms available.

EACH ROOM:
-all bills included in cost

-Is a silver rated, en-suite room with a shared kitchen and also private study space

-It is a 44 week tenancy period which starts from the 7th of September.

-It is £203 a week. (Deposit been paid)

-10 minute walk to George Square and extremely close to Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian Universities.

-2 minute walk to Aldi supermarket

-Accommodation includes gym, cinema room, lounge, study room, courtyard, vending machines and there is a spar also connected to the building

We no longer require the rooms so we are keen to find somebody to take over the tenancy. All the rent details will be switched to the new tenant and Collegelands @thisisfresh will take care of the details once the tenancy has been agreed to be changed. Please note that because this is private student accommodation that we are trying to fill we do not have “landlord registration numbers”
