Option of furnished/unfinished.

Pillow quilt and covers are all provided along with a projector for the room (inc in the rent)

Rent is depending on the above, couples will be considered however rent will increase by an additional £200 per month for this.

I have a small Pomeranian dog, she’s very friendly, therefore I may consider pets.

I’m 26 years old, I work from home.
