Lovely ground floor flat beside Queens Park

Hello everyone,

(Please note the flat is available from 1 Oct 25. I will be doing in person viewings from 1 September. I can do zooms/calls before then).

I am looking for a lovely flatmate to rent my second bedroom from Oct. I am looking for a big dog lover as I live with my 5 year old spaniel, Oran. He is a ball of love and energy and i hope will be best pals who whoever moves in. I would prefer someone who has lived with dogs before and understands their ways.

About me - I am an artist who is going back to study at art school for 3 years after working in the arts for a long time. i would love to live someone who is independent but could also be a pal. I will work from home quite a bit but will also be out a bit. The room would suit someone with a varied schedule also, preferably someone who works in an office some of the time.

i am looking for someone tidy but laid back who would enjoy hanging out a little but has hobbies etc. I'm really looking for someone Oran and I will click with so very keen to have some initial chats with people.

The flat is a two bedroom ground floor flat 2 mins walk from Queens Park. This price includes all bills including council tax and internet. It’s in a lovely and very quiet building with a nice back garden and I have a small front garden also.

The flat is on the same street as queens park train station and Is parallel to all the lovely cafes and bars on Pollockshaws Road (Lobo, Brunfield Bakery etc).

The flat is fully furnished with all kitchen implements also and TV. The flat has a bath, shower, washing machine and dish washer with gas central heating. please note the second bedroom will have a bed and furniture by Oct. I will also be painting the entire flat before someone moves in.
