Lovely ground floor flat beside Queens Park

I am taking a work sabbatical for a few months so I am renting out my two bedroom ground floor flat 2 mins walk from Queens Park. This price includes all bills including council tax and internet. It’s in a lovely and very quiet building with a nice back garden and I have a small front garden also.

It would suit a couple who could use the second bedroom as a study. Or two friends who can use both double bedrooms.

The flat is on the same street as queens park train station and Is parallel to all the lovely cafes and bars on Pollockshaws Road (Lobo, Brunfield Bakery etc).

I am offering it for three months at the moment but there is chance this could be extended. its fully furnished with all kitchen implements also. The flat has a bath, shower, washing machine and dish washer with gas central heating.

If two friends want to rent I can look at getting a double bed into the second bedroom, there is a sofa bed in there at the. moment.
