I have a bright and spacious double room available for rent in my Gorbals flat, which boasts lovely views of the river from the living room. The flat is located in a quiet area, with Glasgow Green right on your doorstep.

About the Flat:

Location: Gorbals, with excellent views of the river.
Living Space: The flat has a cozy living room with beautiful views and a well-equipped kitchen.
Room: The available room is large and comes with triple inbuilt wardrobes for ample storage. A new double bed and mattress will be provided in the coming days, along with a chest of drawers. I’ll update the ad with new pictures once the furniture arrives.
Parking: There is parking available in front of the flat, though it’s limited to one space per flat. However, there is plenty of parking available on the nearby streets.
Bills: All bills are included in the rent.
About Me: I’m an active and easy-going person who enjoys cycling, running, and going to the gym. I have a British Shorthair cat, so it’s important that any potential flatmate is comfortable living with a cat. I value keeping a tidy and well-maintained home and have a particular love for houseplants.

I work from home occasionally, though this is becoming less frequent, so you’ll have plenty of space and privacy.
