Looking for a 6 month subtenant in City Centre

Hello there!

I'm looking for a ~6 month subtenant (female) for my cosy room in a beautiful, super spacious 2-bed flat in Garnethill in Glasgow City Centre! The room is huge and has an amazing large south-facing window. It's mainly furnished (you'd only be missing a desk and a nightstand essentially) and has a cosy couch -perfect for watching sunsets!

The flat is in an ideal location near a viewpoint and Sauchiehall Street is just down the hill. The location is super calm and quiet, and the flat is regularly heated during colder months. Because of the flat being on the 2nd floor and the building doesn't have a lift, this is unfortunately unsuitable for those who are mobility-restricted. We have a newly renovated bathroom and an amazing dining room that doubles as our living room.

You'll be living with my flatmate Anshen who is super lovely. x She enjoys cooking, traveling, cinema and our shared hobby, skydiving. She is Taiwanese so extra points if you are too (but no worries if not!).

We're looking for a friendly female flatmate that's clean and tidy and will take extra good care of the room and shared spaces, a good communicator and enjoys socialising once in a while. :)

The rent is £580 monthly which includes bills (incl. heating and WIFI).

❗ You'd also be paying a £290 deposit when you move in (will be returned to you at the end of the rental period) AND approx. £130 monthly for Council Tax (which is why we are only accepting professionals OR students willing to pay it).

The rental period will be for about SIX months (30.9.24-31.3.25). We'll be arranging a few viewings later this month between 18.-21.9. :)
