1 double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom modern apartment in Dalmarnock, Glasgow, on the banks of the River Clyde. Sharing with owner. Dalmarnock train station is short walk away with regular trains into Glasgow city centre. The train journey is less than 10 minutes. In addition, there is a bus stop on Dalmarnock Road. Buses 18 and 263 take approximately 15-20 minutes to get into/ out of the city centre. Price is all inclusive covering electricity and gas, broadband, council tax and communal factor fees.

Largely private access to main bathroom. Shared open plan kitchen and livingroom and outdoor balcony area. I am ideally looking for someone who is in full-time employment or a sensible/mature student.

I am a Civil Engineer who largely work from home in the livingroom and have the weekends off. I usually enjoy being active (currently recovering from an injury), although also like to sit back and watch the telly especially during weekday evenings. It would be good to share with someone who is friendly, easy-going, respectful and keeps the flat clean and tidy. I have lived in Glasgow on and off for several years and have shared with various flatmates. Please note that I have an elderly cat - lady of the manor!
