1 double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment. Sharing with owner. Largely private access to main bathroom (other than when guests infrequently visit). Shared kitchen, living room area and outdoor balcony area. Total rent during winter months may be up to 10% more dependent on energy usage. I am ideally looking for someone who is in full-time employment and/or a 'mature' student.

I am a Civil Engineer who largely work from home in the living room and have the weekends off. It would be good to share with someone who is friendly, easy-going, respectful and keeps the flat clean and tidy. I have lived in Glasgow on and off for several years.

Dalmarnock train station is a 8 minute walk away with regular trains into Glasgow city centre. The train journey is less than 10 minutes. In addition, there is a bus stop on Dalmarnock Road. Buses 18 and 263 take approximately 20 minutes to get into/ out of the city centre. The modern apartment is located on the banks of the River Clyde.
