Bills not included but council tax + wifi + gas/electricity + property maintenance fees typically add up to 580£ depending on gas/electricity usage (hence the 600£ deposit).

Current roommate is a working professional with one sweet but very shy cat. I'm away most of the day during the week. Looking for a very tidy and clean working professional. Must be willing to share household cleaning responsibilities. Must be comfortable around cats (he won't go in your room if you don't want but he does wander around the rest of the house).

No students unless willing to pay council tax.
