Bright room by Glasgow Green

I've just moved in last month and looking to split rent with someone. Due to mid-market rent criteria, I'm looking for someone with an income no higher than ~£870 p/m (around 10k per year), as the letting agency will do an income check on the prospective tenant and for us together as a household. Hence, this would be perfect for a student, so I have furnished the spare room and will be ready for move-in after reference checks! Please note I have a very fluffy cat, sorry if you have cat allergies :(
