Lovely Room short walk from Queens Park

I’ve recently bought this three bed flat in Southside Glasgow and am looking for someone to take one of the spare rooms (I’m planning on keeping the other one free for friends and family to occasionally visit, you’d be welcome to use this too!) The room is a good size with high ceilings and comes furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. My room is en-suite so you’d have primary use or the main bathroom. The kitchen and living room are both a good size so there’s plenty of room.

I’m ideally looking for someone who doesn’t WFH but if you do the odd day no worries! I work hybrid so will be in and out during the week.

Bit about me: I’ve been in Glasgow for a year having moved up from Manchester. I play rugby, try to get to the theatre when I can and enjoy the local bar/ pub scene. I’m Gay so don’t need a LGBT housemate necessarily but you’d obviously need to be ok with that.

I’d like to live with someone who’s sociable and would be up for spending time together but also has their own things going on etc. I like to have friends over from time to time and happy for you to do the same. I want to keep the place in good shape so someone cleanly and respectful is crucial.
