Double room in Glasgow Southside

Hi,

I’m looking for a flatmate from about the end of September - beginning of Oct.

The flat is located in a quiet area in Cathcart, right next to Lynn park (good for nature lovers) and near Queen’s Park.

The train station is about 8 min walk (trains are coming frequently return ticket to central station £2.90 and it’s about 10 min) .

The flat is very quiet and cosy with a parking area outside. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
(My room has a a tiny en-suite shower so I wouldn’t use the big bathroom that often).

The room is £500 plus bills around £50 (at winter it can go up to £70) , internet £15, council tax £80.

All together it’s around £665 but this can be slightly less or more depending on bills and council tax change.

You’d share the flat with me , I’m 33 years old female working full time. I’m pretty easy-going and respect your privacy as I understand it’s important when sharing a flat.
