The flat is a 15-minute walk from Partick Train Station and Morrison’s, Lidl, and a 10-minute drive to QUEH. There are also lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The council tax band is E.

My former flatmate will be staying in the flat for at least the next year, so I’m looking for someone long-term. Ideally prefer a postgraduate student to keep us council tax exempt.
