Spare room available

My current flatmate is moving out and so a room is available in my east end flat. It’s about a 15 min walk to Strathclyde university and about a 20 min walk to the centre of Glasgow.

Bills are included in the price including council tax so if you are a student it’ll be less :)

It’s a small double room that’s available, comes with bed and a set of drawers. There is room for a wardrobe there just isn’t one atm.
It’s not the prettiest flat in the world can’t lie, but it’s affordable !!

These pictures are 2 years old so it looks a bit better than this now especially the bathroom. Hard to get current pictures as my flatmate is in the middle of moving out but if interested could show around.

10 min walk from an Lidl and 2 min walk from a Morrisons ;)

I’m a very easy going person , work nights currently in a club, love a little drink and a gossip. would like a flatmate that has similar interests.

I’m clean and tidy.
