Spare room available

My current flatmate is moving out and so a room is available in my east end flat. It’s about a 15 min walk to Strathclyde university and about a 20 min walk to the centre of Glasgow.

Bills are included in the price(WiFi/electricity/rent/council tax). Students are welcome to enquire but only if willing to contribute to council tax.

It’s a small double room that’s available, comes with bed and a set of drawers. There is room for a wardrobe there just isn’t one atm.
It’s not the prettiest flat in the world can’t lie, but it’s affordable and close to city centre.

These pictures are a few years old so it looks a bit different than this now. Hard to get current pictures as my flatmate is in the middle of moving out but if interested could show around.

10 min walk from an Lidl and 2 min walk from a Morrisons ;)

I’m a very easy going person, clean and tidy. I work nights and when i’m not at work or sleeping i’m usually out with my friends.

Looking for a flatmate who’s chill and keeps the place tidy. Happy if up for a drink and a chat sometimes but also happy if you’d rather keep to yourself.
