Bright double room 5 minutes from the Subway.

Hi,
I have a double room 5 min walk to Ibrox Subway Station available. The room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and bookcase. I can provide a desk if needed - my previous flatmate had his own. As for the flat it's on the top floor and consists of a shared bathroom and living room, dining kitchen and plenty of storage space for bikes, snowboards etc.

I'm currently doing minor renovations in the living room and kitchen - I'll have them done by the end of September (that's when I'll upload photos).

I can accomadate couples but the price would be slightly higher.

I have stayed in shared accomadation for the last 10 years so I'm quite tidy and conscious of looking after shared and personal space . I'm very laid, friendly and straightforward. I work unsocaible hours so I'll be out of the flat most evenings. I enjoy cooking and trying new food, reading, music, films, gaming(PS5 and Switch in shared living room), concerts and going out. I will occasionally host a poker/movie night or dinner party.

Ideally I would like to live with someone chill and sociable with whom I could share an occasional meal or pint. A friendly, homely atmosphere is essential.
