The current tenant is a very nice person, she is a professional who works in Glasgow. We want to find someone who have a full time job. You should be tidy and respectful for others space and privacy.

The room have a really nice view of the river. The flat is furnished, and the landlord have ordered a new office desk and office chair. So it will be perfect for professionals who work hybrid or remote. Also, you will have your own bathroom with shower outside of the bedroom.

In addition, the council tax is band E. You will be split the cost with the current tenant.
