Room 1 (Bedroom 2 on layout): Spacious double room with a single bed. A separate folding single bed can be provided if needed. The room comes with two large wardrobe closets.

Room 2 (Bedroom 3 on layout): Single room with a single bed and one wardrobe.

General notes: Looking for tenants who maintain cleanliness, do not smoke, and have occasional guests (with prior notice). Single occupancy preferred for both rooms, but couples may be considered for the double room at an additional cost. Garden is possible to use for private use at any time.

Train station 0.9 miles , direct bus to Glasgow city.

The price includes all gas and electricity costs.
