Double Room in Cathcart

I’m listing my spare room to let in Cathcart. I’ve recently renovated the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms. The flat is on the second floor and gets great light year round.

The rooms are spacious and furnished and there is a large closet in the hall for additional storage.

As a live-in landlord I am very responsive to any issues and want to make sure both of us enjoy a clean, well-cared for flat. Ideal flatmates would be used to sharing a kitchen, living room, and bath. I prefer a tidy space and am looking for the same in a flatmate.

I’m quite laidback and enjoy having friends round from time to time for dinner, but not a big partier i. e. I’m more likely to head out on a hike at 6am than get home at that time. Looking for mature students or young professionals at a similar stage in life.
