Description
Hi there,
I am looking for a (mature) student to move in to this 2 bedroom flat. I’ll be upfront and say the tax is Band F so would work out cheaper for us if you were a student, but will consider anyone nonetheless. Needs to be clean and tidy and be willing to keep communal spaces clean also. The ideal tenant will be respectful and treat the flat as they would if it was their own.
I am a current flatmate, currently a 4th year student. I enjoy walking, reading, running and gym. Looking for someone who enjoys similar things. I don’t drink too often given i’m in my final year and work from home part time.
I am independent, sociable and can respect others space, as I hope you can as well. I enjoy lifting weights, walking,
The flat itself is around a 10-15 min walk to Central station, in between West Street and Bridge Street Subway station and has a bus stop on the North side of the building.
It is through a letting agency who are very proficient if anything needs sorted
The double room comes with a bed and a spacious built in wardrobe. There is probably also space for a chest of drawers, and there is also a desk in the living room which can be moved into the bedroom. The tenant will also have access to their own bathroom as I have an ensuite.
Property comes fitted with all the usual stuff - spacious fridge freezer, adequate storage in kitchen, small storage cupboard where there hoover/ironing board etc resides, TV, oven, microwave, toaster etc etc.
The electricity is £110-150, 1GB wifi £40, contents insurance is £14. These will be split equally.
The building itself has underground parking with automatic gates, has 24/7 security who sit at the gates also. The building has multiple lifts and sets of stairs so accessibility isn’t much of an issue.
No smokers, pets, drugs etc (sorry).
Would be looking for someone to move in from around 1st of November which is around the time the current flatmate wants to move out.
Give me shout if you’ve any questions and/or want to arrange a viewing.
The pictures are from the listing but I can provide more recent ones upon request.
The rent is currently 900 (shared), may be subject to a small increase once the tenancy changes hands, the absolute maximum it could be would be 9% (£40.50 each)
Thanks for looking.
