Room available in 2-bed Finnieston flat

Hello!
I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room in a flat on Berkeley St in Finnieston.
Rent is £650 p. c.m. without bills. Council tax is band B, so not too bad!
You'd be living with me, a neurodivergent bi guy who's just graduated from St Andrews and is relatively new to Glasgow. I'm currently working at an outdoor shop while I figure out what's next! I'm into climbing, reading, writing, and cooking with different vegetables.
I'm looking ideally for someone who's also queer and who wants to have cozy communal spaces and is tidy (though I'm not obsessive about it). Extra points if you're a climber.
You would have to be approved by the agent and landlord, and they will ask for 6 months rent in advance unless you can prove your capacity to pay, or have a UK-based guarantor.
I need someone ASAP, cause the next tenancy month starts on the 14th of October.
