Quiet, cosy room near Queen's Park

I'm looking for a new housemate to share our lovely, peaceful flat in the Southside.

It's a newly renovated flat with sunny kitchen, spacious living room, tiny-but-vibrant shower room and friendly neighbours. The room has a cute fireplace, original working shutters and a view of the communal garden, and we're 30 seconds from the delights of Victoria Road and Queen's Park, with Queen's Park Station just around the corner (two stops to Central Station).

I'm a gay artist with a studio in Paisley, where I work most weekdays. I co-parent a lovely 6 year old who stays with me half the week (regular weeknights and alternate weekends), so it's really important that any new housemate likes kids and is happy to share a family home. He's an easy-going, sweet wee boy and enjoys having other folk sharing our space, but it means the room would best suit someone who's calm, sociable and cheerful.
