Hi, I'm Paul, and I am looking for a part time lodger ideally Monday to Friday or Thursday to Monday

This is a home and not a party flat so someone reasonably social who dosent mind a glass of wine or coffee and a catch up would be good. 

I have a well behaved dog, who'll leave you alone after some initial intrigue. 

LOCATION

The flat is particularly well located; diagonally opposite the SEC and next to STV and the BBC.

The nearest train station is "exhibition centre" and there is also a bus stop literally two minutes walk from the flat door which will take you into the city centre in about 7 minutes, but of course, it's walkable too. 

Finnieston is a short walk across the clyde arc and along Finnieston Street and where you'll find yourself in the thick of the action.

There is a large leisure complex nearby (Springfield Quay) with a plethora of restaurants, and activities (cinema, bowling, casino, 24hr gym)

Nearby Paisley Road and Govan road, offer all local amenities you could need

THE ROOM/ APARTMENT

The double room is bright and neutrally decorated with a desk and double bed, built in wardrobe two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. (Desk can be removed)

The bathroom has a newly installed shower

The lounge is a dining/ living area with access to the balcony with stunning views down the Clyde. 

The kitchen is about to be refurbished but has dishwasher, oven, microwave hob and fridge freezer. 

There is a separate utility cupboard in the flat with a washing machine and tumble drier. 

The flat is on the third floor with lift access.

There is ample free parking at, or near the building and there is a secure bike storage area within the underground car park.

Needless to say the flat is fully furnished and the bills are included in your rent. 

The flat is professionally cleaned once a fortnight

You'll find me fairly relaxed, easy going and like a good laugh. I have a professional job and work some days from home, others from office. I am off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

This is an ideally located, high spec apartment available for the right person.
