Located on the 3rd floor , the rental period is from October 12, 2024 (negotiable) to July 5, 2025. The contract will be transferred, not subletting through a third party. If you’re planning to go back to your home country during the holidays, there’s no need to worry about subletting again. If you’re interested, you can continue the lease at the end of the term.

• There are facilities for table tennis and various other ball games.

The apartment is in the city center, close to shopping malls and supermarkets such as Primark, J&L, M&S, Tesco, Boots, and a Chinese supermarket. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the subway and bus stations, making commuting convenient. It’s also near Strathclyde University and another university libraries, which are perfect for studying.
