Cozy room super close to city centre (weekly let)

Hi there,

My partner and I rent the present accomodation and are subletting the 2nd bedroom of the flat for a short period (on a weekly basis till 17th August).

Looking for someone who likes their own space but wouldn't mind grabbing a cup of coffee or cooking together ever so often. Very close to the train station for anyone visiting for the Fringe Festival.

We believe in kindness over anything and expect our new flatmate to exhibit that if nothing else. We are open to people from all walks of life.

House details:

1. Fully furnished
2. Single shared bathroom with a small cute tub
3. Shared living space and fully equipped kitchen. You would be most welcome to use our cutlery etc.
4. It's on the 2nd floor with no lift access
5. 2 mins from Bridge Street subway station and bus station with great connectivity
6. 10 mins walk from Lidl, Tesco
