I would not be able to stay with a smoker or someone with pets.
I would like to feel relaxed and comfortable in my living space. I would like someone who would respect the home and privacy, so bringing people over on a regular basis or having parties wouldn't be ideal.
A quiet environment is what I would like. Especially as I work from home and the nature of my role, this is essential.
