Double room with private bathroom available in the east end of Glasgow. All bills are included and the tenant will have shared access to the living room, kitchen/diner and garden.

In a great location just off the M8 with train and bus links within short walking distance. Glasgow Fort is only a 10 mins walk away so great location for shops/restaurants.

I am a 32 year old professional that works from home most of the time. I like socialising but also appreciate having my own space. I also have a 5 month old goldendoodle puppy.

I am not looking to rent to a couple and unfortunately due to the nature of my work, the tenant will need to be a UK national.

The room is available from the 1st November and I will be able to organise viewings over the next couple weeks.
