Double Bed in Dennistoun, close to Strathclyde Uni

Hello, I am looking for someone to take my old roommate's double room as they bought a house. Professionals preferred but will consider students, particularly masters and above. Council tax and water are included, but we will share internet and energy costs, totalling £60 a month for you (£120 total). I am a 6”4 rugby referee who is non-binary. In my spare time, I like to play computer games, read philosophy, or exercise. I like to chat, so while I respect people's space, I don't want a roommate who is a complete hermit.
