Double room near Glasgow Green

Looking for a person to take over my double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat right by Glasgow Green. It is a 5-minute walk from Bridgeton train station and 15-minute walk from Bellgrove train station, close to Barras market and within walking distance to city centre.
The flat is top floor and very warm with gas central heating, huge double glazed windows and lots of sunlight. The room has a double bed and mattress as well as a built-in wardrobe. The rest of the flat is fully furnished. The rent is £475, Council Tax Band D (£100 per person) and the bills come to around £30 per person.
My flatmate who you would be sharing with is 23, has graduated this year and is working in hospitality. She is very laid back and respects your privacy but at the same time is happy to chat and have a chill night in or a fun night out:)
