Perfect location right in between city centre and west end with Kelvingrove, Glasgow University, Strathclyde University, and Caledonian University all within walking distance. Great transport links with bus stop right at the door. Also 5 minute walk to Chring Cross train station (links to Queen Street Station and 10 minute walk to Anderston train station (links to Glasgow Central).

You will be sharing with 7 of the loveliest international students. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, I have no doubt that you will love them!

There is a shared kitchen with 5 gas hob rings, 2 ovens, 2 airfryers, 2 fridge freezers, washer and dryer, and a communal TV. There's 3 shared showers and 2 shared toilets.

Rent is £627 for the room. Latest bills were £25 per person.

Students are preferred so that council tax doesn't need to be payed. This is why I am moving out. Council tax is around £300 per month.
