Furnished double room near Kelvingrove

Hi! My name's Ivy, I'm a 27yo trans woman living with my girlfriend Zoë in the West End. We have a lovely 2 bedroom flat and unfortunately our flatmate has had to move out recently, so we're looking for someone to move into the spare room asap :)

The room is £530 per month before bills (roughly £100 each per month for council tax, gas and elec, and broadband - council tax band C). The flat is fully furnished and is spacious and cosy with a big living room and beautiful kitchen.

We have a dog and a cat so someone who likes animals would be ideal, but unfortunately we can't accept anyone with pets in case they don't get along.

We're looking for someone who is understanding of queer people to make a comfortable environment for all of us. We would love to have someone we could become friends with while respecting each other's space! We are easy going and keep to ourselves but also happy to chat and share a meal or movie night on the projector as a flat. We're vegetarian but don't mind if you're not. We are both creative types so there's lots of art and music going on (although we keep the noise down) and if you like similar stuff that could be cool!
