It is a furnished single bedroom with single bed and a pull out trundle bed for guests.
Property is two bedrooms , living room, bathroom and kitchen. You would be sharing communal areas with myself and my small dog.
I have a long burning fire, private front garden with seating area/and BBQ. There is a shared back garden for hanging washing.
Mature female student /PhD student preferred or a professional.
Bills will be calculated monthly.
I will also be hiring a cleaner for a weekly clean. This will be included in the room price.
