Single bedroom in shared homely flat

I'm a teacher , looking for the right person to move into my spare bedroom.

It is a furnished single bedroom with single bed and a pull out trundle bed for guests.

Property is two bedrooms , living room, bathroom and kitchen. You would be sharing communal areas with myself and my small dog.

I have a long burning fire, private front garden with seating area/and BBQ (updated pictures to follow). There is a shared back garden for hanging washing.

Mature student /PhD student preferred or a professional.

Bills will be calculated monthly- £30-50 expected per month.

I will also be hiring a cleaner for a weekly clean. This will be included in the room price.
