En-suite available for short/long term

Hi,
Looking for someone to move in from 24th of April until 24th of July (can be extended). The flat is adequately lit and spacious. You will have your own bigger washroom. Ample space for your clothes and a study table with chair available. Duvet and 2 bedsheets included as well.
Ideal for students as well.

The council tax is a Band C and the Electricity bills are usually £35 pp. The flat is on the main road and well connected with a 5min walk to the train station that takes only 8min to the city centre, bus stop is 4min away. Two big grocery stores are available nearby - TESCO EXTRA (2min) and ALDI (5min). Post Office and health centre both are at a distance of 4min walk.

There’s one extra cot available just in case you invite a friend over.

The Kitchen and living space is shared.
Vegetarians/Vegan preferred.
