My flatmate is moving and I am looking for someone to move in from the 7th of October. The flat is adequately lit and spacious. You will have your own bigger washroom. Ample space for your clothes and a study table with chair available. 1 extra single bed available just in case you have a friend over. Ideal for students as well - Uni of Strathclyde just 8min by train.
The council tax is a Band C and the Electricity bills are usually £50pp as it's a fixed tarrif. The flat is on the main road and well connected with a 5min walk to the Shettleston train station that takes only 8min to the city centre, bus stop is 4min away. Two big grocery stores are available nearby - TESCO EXTRA (2min) and ALDI (5min). Post Office and health centre both are at a distance of 5min walk. Greggs, Subway, Boots, etc. are a walk of 5min as well.
The Kitchen and living space are shared. Looking for someone who’s neat and keeps the place tidy.
Females and Vegetarians/Vegan preferred.
