Cosy Room In Pollokshields East (2 months)

Hola chicas,

My partner and I are moving away from our double room as we’ll be traveling for 2 months (potentially sublet can be extended into becoming new tenant, as we will move out either immediately once back, or after just a few weeks).

The flat is cosy and warm, with all bills included (wifi+council tax+electricity) rounding up to a total 380 per month. We’re 2 minutes away from Pollokshields East train station, right next to Tramway in Southside. We share the flat with 2 friends, Matt and Chris, who are both brilliant musicians. The living room is a pretty social space, with plenty instruments and spontaneous jam sessions, so somebody in the scene or any form of struggling artist would be highly desirable for the boys. We’ve also got a rooftop terrace connected to the living room, which is our usual evening chilling spot and occasional smoke space.
