Students studio available

I’m currently living in a spacious 25 sqm student studio apartment with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is well-lit and perfect for students.

All bills are included in the rent.

The studio is only a 3-minute walk from the School of Education, and a 10-15 minute walk from other main university buildings. It’s very convenient for both studying and transportation.

The current lease runs until August 2025, with at least 38 weeks remaining. I’m planning to move out soon as I want to share a place with a friend, so I’m looking for someone to take over.

Double occupancy is allowed for an additional £20 per week, making it ideal for couples or roommates.
