I'm a 30 year old professional, working full time in the office. Scotland has been my home for 4 years. I like to travel, spend time with friends or go for a drive in the mountains whenever I can. I'm often away at weekends so you'll have the flat to yourself at these times.

I would appreciate someone who is independent with previous experience of flat-sharing, responsible and respects the flat. It is essential that you are tidy and willing to contribute to the cleaning and upkeep of communal spaces, particularly the kitchen and the main bathroom as this can be occasionally used by guests.

5 minute walk to Tesco Extra, Mcdonalds, Kfc, Subway, Starbucks, Home Bargains and Costa. 3 min walk to the bus stop. 9 minute walk to Dalmarnock Train Station. Approx 30 minutes along the canal into the city centre. The buses and trains are frequent so easy access into the city centre or west end.

Corner shops and a nice saloon is close to the flat too.
