Nice Single Room in Quiet Govanhill Household

Hey there!

My flatmate is about to move out at the start of January and I am now beginning the search for a new flatmate well in advance to try and help get someone in for the start of next year :)

I am a single 39 year old male who works (Full time) a lot and also does DJ/Music production/performances as a hobby/second job.

I am very chill, easy person to get on with and consider myself to be pretty open minded :)

Im happy to chat , hang out, make food etc most of the time but also happy to just let you do your own thing when you need it :)

The flat is fairly quiet though most days as I am either at work of going to bed early due to early starts etc but I occasionally play music or work on some music stuff but try to do this when no one else is around :)

The flat has a really nice living room and decent sized kitchen. The bathroom is fairly small with only a shower but I think this helps to keep bills down s a slight bonus to only having a shower I guess :)

I really dont mind what kind of person would like to stay here as long as they dont make noise after 11pm and dont intend on having parties or doin lots of late night socialising (Not unless we are both socialising together of course with each others friends etc) because the flat is too small for this to work unfortunatley if I have to sleep for work etc
