Looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and used to shared living. The close is classic Govanhill vibes but the flat itself is lovely.

The room is a converted living room - large and bright with big bay windows to see the sunset. It is fully furnished with a bookshelf, a chest of drawers, a couch, a double bed, and a fireplace surround.

The bathroom has a nice shower over a big bath with a mould-proof ceiling, and the kitchen is spacious with a large dining table, washing machine, pulley drying rack, and comfy armchair. Plenty of pantry space and a big fridge.

Please note there is no additional storage space in the flat and no shared living room, so this wouldn’t suit a person with a lot of stuff!

Bills are split and are approx £30-£50 per month per person, depending on the season, including wifi, gas, and electricity.

Council tax is an additional £50 per month per person unless you’re a student!

Allison Street is a really central location - the flat is a 5 minute walk from Crosshill train station, Queen's Park and Victoria Road are a 5 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop at the front door.

Rent is £550 per month, deposit is £450.
