Flatmate Wanted: Bright & Spacious Flat in Glasgow

Hiya,

I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing flatmate to share a lovely two-bedroom flat in Glasgow. Ideally, you’d be a young professional for council tax purposes.

The available room will be unfurnished as the flat itself is not furnished. Photos of the room are attached, and there’s also a spare room in the flat not shown in the pictures as it’s currently being used for storage. The flat is HMO licensed for two people, so it’ll just be the two of us living here.

The rent is £450 per month, and bills (electricity/gas, WiFi, and council tax) are split equally. This usually comes to around £120–£140 per month on top of rent, so about £600 total.

I’m Irish and a recent languages graduate, I’ve been living in Glasgow for just over a year. I’m sociable and love a good chat, but I also value personal space and alone time when needed.

The flat is in a quiet residential area, with the building mostly home to families and elderly people. We’re just a 1-minute walk from Cessnock subway station and about a 15-minute walk from the Hydro/Finnieston area.
