This location also allows for great walks to nearby west end spots, parks, local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. If driving, it is only a few minutes from the Glasgow expressway and the Clyde tunnel.

The flat includes access to a large communal rooftop terrace and an above-car park garden. Access to the flats and shared spaces is secured via electronic key coded gates adding additional security in this already safe area.

There is the option to also rent our secure under-cover parking space at an additional cost if preferred but there is plenty of free parking in the residential street outwith the gated area.
