Large Double in Glasgow Southside

I am looking for a flat mate to move into my spare room in Glasgow southside from 1st of January :)

I am looking for a 6 month rental max.

I am a textile artist and I work in my own studio on public commissions - I have been using the other bedroom as a studio but now I am relocating to a space in central, so the room is free!

I like to have a tidy and relaxing home environment. I am looking to share the flat with anyone who is for chatting, watching movies and having dinner together sometimes but who is also independent as I am quite sociable outside the house too. I am not into having parties at the house but I do like to have people over for dinner etc and welcome you to join and do the same with your friends. In my spare time I like to go to the cinema, exhibitions, read, watch movies, eat yummy food and drink yummy wine!

The flat has a living room, dining kitchen and shower bathroom. The room is a big double. It is a traditional tenement flat on Victoria Road and we are lucky to have an outside terrace area with a table for the warmer months thats shared with the 6 flats in the building! It is £600 all in with bills (but it would be good to have a discussion about reasonable usage of the heating too!) & CT band C.
