Looking for a flatmate to share a charming second-floor, two-bedroom tenement flat in Glasgow's Southside. The available bedroom is unfurnished except for a wardrobe, which can be removed if not needed. I've included a photo of the room to give you a sense of its size.
The living room is bright and spacious, though my current flatmate will be taking the dining table, sofa, and shelving unit. I plan to replace these, but I’m very open to any furniture you’d like to bring so we can create a space that feels comfortable and homely for both of us. The bathroom features a great shower and a large bath. The kitchen, while compact (it’s an internal kitchen), is well-equipped with essentials such as a washing machine, fridge, and shared appliances.

Location:
The flat is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking. It’s next to the beautiful Queens Park, surrounded by lovely bars, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. Mount Florida train station is just a 10-minute walk, and buses to the city centre are less than 5 minutes away.
About Me:
I’m a student currently on placement, so viewings will likely be in the evenings or on weekends. My schedule keeps me busy with work and university, but I enjoy spending time at home and would love for the flat to be a comfortable shared space for us both.
Move-In Details:
The official move-in date is 01/01/2025, but I’ll be heading back to Ireland on 23/12/2024, so there’s some flexibility for an earlier move, depending on when my current flatmate moves out.
