I have a double bedroom to rent in a recently renovated 3 bedroom flat in Cardonald.

The room is equipped with a double bed & bedding, a nightstand with lamp, a built-in wardrobe, a study desk with chair, a bookcase with TV, a shelving unit with boxes, a floor uplighter and an armchair . The size of the room is 13 m²s excluding the built-in wardrobe.

The flat also consists of a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room and has a strict no couples, no pet and no smoking inside the flat policy.

There is a big Morrisons shop only a one-minute walk away from the flat on foot. The nearest bus stop where you could hop on a 9/9A/38/38A in order to get you into the city centre is 5-minute-walk from the flat. Cardonald train station is a 10-minute-walk from the flat in the opposite direction.

The price of the room is £600/month bills included. A deposit of £400 is requested.

I would prefer someone as a flatmate who wishes to stay for a longer period!
