Looking for a potential flatmate from January 2025 as flatmate is moving out.
All subject to Landlord/Letting agency allowing me to stay on as a tenant, as they have advised I will be reassessed and they would be looking to assess any potential new tenants interested in the property.
The flat is really spacious and we've been really lucky that rent increases have been minimal. I think bills come to roughly £100 each.
I have a cat called Ripley who is technically not allowed to be a resident, so it'd be very much appreciated if someone moving in was understanding about this.
I'm not the most clinically tidy person, but will respect shared spaces and leave the chaos in my own room.
Enjoy music and playing guitar, also have a keen interest in bouldering.
