Double room in spacious flat in the West End

I currently have a double room available with its own bathroom and off hallway cupboard. The flat has plenty of free off street parking and is located in a quiet area of Anniesland, backing onto the canal, which is great for cycling or walking to town or further into the west end. Both Anniesland and Westerton stations are less than a mile away and Great Western road is just round the corner for good bus links across the city.

Im looking for a considerate, tidy housemate who doesnt mind helping out with cleaning and house chores. Im super happy to socialise, watch some netflix and cook together but also enjou spendinh time doing my own thing.

In my spare time I love getting outdoors, hiking, wild swimming and climbing. I go to my local climbing centre three or four times a week so a flat mate with a similar lifestyle would be great but also this isnt a deal breaker if you prefer the indoors 😊

Happy to consider all ages and genders but ideally looking for someone that isnt too big into wild nights and being up till the early hours of the morning! I love to occasionally have mates round for dinner or meet them out for food, drinks or a gig every now and then but if you're looking for a party flat then im afraid this probably won't be the place for you.

With all bills included (internet, council tax + water, gas + electricity) the monthly amount for the room is £701.66. I also have Disney+ and Netflix on the living room tv :)
