A Smart Room with easy access to the West End/City

The room comes with a brand-new bed, wardrobe, fast internet service, smart TV, fridge/freezer and all! It is situated in a bright 3-bed house in the Peterson Park area of Knightswood. With front & rear gardens and easy reach to the Forth & Clyde canal. With good access to buses, 1C, 2, 3, 6A, and 6; and train stations include, Drumry, Garscadden, and Yoker. It is close to Great Western Retail Park and several other retail outlets (including Lidl).

All bills are included in the rent, except the gas and electricity bills shared monthly. This is dependent on usage and may be as low as £30 in the (relatively) warm months.

There is a box room available in the house and it is for £350 (not £550). It is OK if you want to have the box room. However, only one of the rooms will be available as the other rooms are occupied by a family.

Early viewing is highly recommended. It is better to send an email, however, if you have no use/access to emails then you may place a call. This is ideal for single students/professionals who must keep the house/room tidy.
