My bedroom has an en suite bathroom so the bathroom in the flat would be solely yours to use. The bedroom has a spacious built in wardrobe, and comes with a desk and chair, brand new mattress, and a bedside table.

I'm a student and I'm looking for another student, primarily for council tax purposes. The bills not included in the rent would be the electric, gas and wifi which comes to about £70 per person per month.
