Spare double bedroom available, close to the city centre. The property has good bus links also and private parking. The flat has good internet and has a wired Ethernet connection in the bedroom.

There are many shops nearby, 5 minute walk to Co-op and around 10 minutes to Lidl.

My bedroom has an en suite bathroom so the bathroom in the flat would be solely yours to use. The bedroom has a spacious built in wardrobe, and comes with a desk and chair, brand new mattress, and a bedside table.

I'm a working professional and I'm looking for another professional, primarily for council tax purposes. The bills not included in the rent would be the electric, gas and wifi which comes to about £70 per person per month. Council tax would be split equally. Postgraduate students considered however you would need to contribute to council tax.

I’ve just graduated from Strathclyde and am about to start my grad job. I like trying new things, going to the gym, or watching movies. I enjoy hanging out and having a laugh but also like to occasionally have time on my own to relax. Any questions please get in touch :) Finn.
